We hope that you will be pleased with your order but if you are not, we will be happy to refund or exchange items. Please return them to us unworn, with all labels intact within 28 days . Money will only be refunded to the credit card used for the purchase.

Guidelines for returned goods:

• Return/Exchange form has to be completed - you must indicate on the form whether you wish to have a replacement or a refund.
• Original packaging must be returned with the goods.
• All of the original labelling must still be attached to the goods.
• Items have not been worn, washed or smell of cigarette smoke.

For customer security it is recommended that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office. Please ensure that all parcels are securely sealed before posting and please do not user courier companies to return parcels to us.

If you would like to return your order, please ensure that you pay the return postage and mark your parcel clearly with 'RETURNED GOODS' and send to the address below.

Cancellation Of Order

Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days, from the day after the day of receipt of the goods, without giving a reason.

To cancel an order you can either email sales@melabella.com stating your order number. Alternatively you can contact Customer Services.

If your order has been dispatched, you will need to return the item. We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible and in any case within 28 days of receipt of your returned goods. If you cancel your order and we do not receive the item back from you within the 28 days then we may arrange to collect the item from you at your cost.
